How did you get into food blogging?
I started the blog in order to participate with a few baking challenges over three years ago. Who knew that I'd still be doing it today?
What is your ultimate foodie fantasy?
You know that IKEA commercial they showed here where the lady of the house shows her guests her newly renovated house and every room is a kitchen? That's close. ;-)
Really, I'd love to have a huge kitchen with professional appliances (and one of those beautiful Wolf ranges), as well as easy access to great ingredients.
What are your top 3 favourite recipes on your blog?
I had a hard time coming up with absolute favourites. Many I loved, lots I couldn't even remember posting - but these three posts were some of my favourites:
- My first time trying my hand a curing meats
- Creating a fun small plate dinner out of great ingredients from the St. Lawrence Market.
- Because sushi is one of my favourites!
Anything else you want to add....?
Just that if you want to have a food blog, go ahead and start one. It's a personal thing, yours can be whatever you like and however you like. And it's a great way to meet friends from all over the world & the fact that your cooking just keeps getting better over time doesn't hurt either!
