After a successful Thursday night, we kicked off Friday morning with our friends at Rogers Daytime TV, where Brittany treated the hosts to some delicious mushroom treats. Out in the waiting room Brittany wasn't nervous at all! I swear, she nailed it!
First up, was the Mushroom "Chips" and Dip that serve as an excellent substitute for the salty snacks we normally reach for.
Next up, was the vegetarian dinner favourite Mushroom & Vegetable Tacos.
Saturday was the final day of the show, but was certainly the most exciting! In the afternoon, we had an hour in the Tasting Room that allowed us to chat mushrooms with our captive audience.
