Mushrooms Canada exhibited at this show last year and it was a blast! Students from Fanshawe Colleges' Hospitality program really took to the Make it with Mushrooms challenge and wowed the crowd on the Cooking Stage!
Now in the shows 8th year, it promises to be bigger and better; featuring lots of Ontario wines & fine foods, cooking demos, and tasting seminars... and guess what? I just so happen to have 4 pairs of passes to giveaway!

The Rules
- Answer must be left in the comments section of this post. One answer per person.
- You must be a resident of London, Ontario (or surrounding area).
- Provide an email address/blog link by which I can contact you if you win.
- You have until Tuesday January 8th @ 11:59pm to submit you answers. A random draw from all the entries will be held Wednesday January 9th. Winners will be contacted/posted shortly thereafter.
- Tickets are for Thursday January 10th, 2013 and will be available at will-call (show office window) after 5pm. Tickets will not be mailed.

Legal Stuffs
Mushrooms Canada will provide no compensation for additional expenses related to you attending the event. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Must be 19 years of age or older. Value of the tickets is $20. Two (2) tickets will be awarded to each of the 4 winners.

How fun! Honestly, my favourite way to eat mushrooms is simply sauteed with a pad of butter and fresh thyme. So delicious over crusty bread or as a sidedish.

My favorite, simple mushroom recipe is....
Escargots each with a mushroom cap, topped with some pre made, frozen garlic butter. Oven set at 375, for 6 minutes.
